As the leader of the design team and a former Principal of LMN’s Interior Design group, Jennifer started this firm on the premise of delivering bold, creative ideas with passion for a well-designed space, taking into account users and brand alike. Her many years of experience provide the wisdom required to meet or exceed your project goals. Her dynamic communication style promotes a team environment in which sharing of ideas takes the design to a higher level every time.
Oya’s experience encompasses a wide variety of project types and scales, ranging from building repositioning to commercial office spaces and convention centers to hospitality. Her ability to integrate the complex, unique characteristics of each project is amplified by her design ingenuity. The result is spaces that invite exploration and inspire the mind. Oya’s extensive experience in programming, space planning, design development, selection of finish materials and furnishings, casework and lighting design, contract documents, bid negotiations, and project administration make her valuable throughout the process.
Sara is an interior architect with a passion for beautiful, well-executed, and functional design. She has extensive experience in design, technical detailing and documentation, construction administration, and client engagement. Sara has worked for both top-tier architecture firms and for suppliers of high-end finishes, giving her awesome insight into materials and selection.
Matthew is a registered Architect with experience across residential, commercial, civic, and healthcare project types. He has a strong technical background and is particularly adept at construction administration, building permitting processes, and LEED certification. Matthew uses his fabrication and construction experience to bring a comprehensive understanding of construction trades, materials, and process to support collaborative and thoughtful design solutions and clear project documentation.
Phirak Suon is an architect and designer with a background in art, architecture, and digital fabrication. His work explores the intersection between materials, digital and traditional handcraft. He has worked as a technician and production specialist for Emerging Objects at UC Berkeley after receiving his Master’s Degree in Architecture. He is also one of the 2018 featured artists in residency at the Tacoma Glass Museum and the 2019 artist in residence at the Corning Museum of Glass.
Amelia is an architectural visualizer and designer with a background in architectural and political history, theory, and criticism. Her work looks at the dynamic relationships between the body, personal identity, and the construction of space. She holds a Masters of Architecture from the University of Washington.
Rachel is responsible for operations, HR, procurement, and all things finance related. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest with an 8-year stint in Hawaii, this plant loving traveler has a fervor for seeing the world and an appetite for creativity. With a background in HR and business ops, she keeps the team smiling and grounded.
Eva is an artiste of collage in mixed media, decoupage, and destructive papier mache. Whether eating and regurgitating random objects or taking a more conservative approach with casual chewing, her tactics push our boundaries with chaos and drama. And snorting. So much snorting.
