Directly across the street from Pike Place Market in Seattle Washington, the Broderick Building chose Grayscale Design Studio to redesign its available office space.
Grayscale brought the space back to its roots – with exposed concrete walls, wood beams and pillars – but with a touch of modern taste (new carpet and vibrant paint in kitchen area). The 2500 square ft. space is now available for commercial lease, perfect for it’s open concept and prime location next to Seattle’s most famous public market.
