We transformed this 1979 mostly brick building into a destination for locals to enjoy food and drink throughout the work day into the evening hours with a newly expanded lobby with flanking eating establishments that make this space lively and very attractive to building tenants as well as the neighborhood. *Project done while working at LMN Architects.

Creative Solutions

Great example of blending hospitality into an office tower to draw tenants into comfortable amenity spaces as a "third place".
