A tricky renovation of an existing atrium space with a new lounge to replace a tired uninspiring lunch area. We added a new exposed structural steel canopy filters daylight through as well as allowing a tenant to occupy half of the atrium for a dynamic 3 story open office. All new furnishing including selected, designed, and procured by Grayscale. Custom items include: metal clad wall, banquette seating, coffee table & area rug.
